Jannah Warlow is an actor, singer and choir facilitator living in Bristol.

She is the founder and facilitator of Grief Choir – a safe, supportive and uplifting space for people living with grief to come together and sing.

Jannah has been gathering people together to sing for nigh on 20 years, from the stage of the National Theatre, to holding outdoor singing walks in her local park. Her work is firmly rooted in theatre, with singing and voice at its core.

Moving In Matrescence

Linde van Vliet is a certified trauma-informed matrescence educator and facilitator, and founder of Moving In Matrescence.

She is a mother of twins with a deep desire to change the way we see and support mothers in our society. Her work supports mothers of all ages and stages as they navigate the profound journey of matrescence (the process of becoming a mother, the physical, emotional, and psychological changes that occur during this transition).

Through compassionate education, nurturing mother circles and guided creative explorations of the changes within motherhood, she creates spaces for mothers to process their experience, feel seen, supported, and foster a sense of belonging and connection to themselves and their wider community.
